celebrating

instead of the requisite fireworks picture, i bring you the work of Italian artist Alberto Seveso. all photos are from his Disastro Ecologico series, 2010. photos unceremoniously stolen from his website, because i adore his work. i find them intriguing and beautiful, and the chemical reaction that is occuring reminds me of fireworks. so temporal, so ephemeral. happy 4 july!
